The county organise a special awards ceremony three times a year, every year, for all those who have earned their Chief Scout Award

Please complete our online form to submit the details of the youth members who have completed their Chief Scout’s Award to ensure they are added to the database and invited to the next Chief Scout’s Award Presentation Evening at Gilwell Park.

There are 3 chief scout award ceremonies a year which are held at Gilwell Park the home to scouting. The way we allocate award recepitants is that there is a three month cut off period before the ceremony.
Monday 13th March 2017 – Nominations close 31st December 2016
Monday 17th July 2017 – Nominations close 30th April 2017
Monday 13th November 2017 – Nominations close 31st August 2017
